The Knoxville Academy of Medicine (KAM) is located in West Knoxville at 115 Suburban Road. KAM is Knoxville’s professional organization of MDs and DOs. KAM is a component society of the Tennessee Medical Association (TMA) and is also affiliated with the American Medical Association (AMA).
If you are a guest to our website, we invite you to become familiar with our organization, and become acquainted with our physician members by using the Physician Finder which contains vital information, including a map, to the physician’s office.
Our KAM Foundation’s newest community project is Knoxville Area Project Access (KAPA). KAPA is a physician-led community effort in cooperation with many community health partners. KAPA was created as a comprehensive healthcare plan to help patients who struggle everyday with the challenges of poverty, have no access to employer-sponsored or government-sponsored insurance programs, and have an income of 200% or below poverty level.
