What is the Knoxville Area Medical Group Managers Association….

The KAMGMA is an organization for members of the medical community, specifically the people that manage the leading medical groups in Knoxville, to gather and share ideas on how to improve their practice, professional life, and day-to-day job.  KAMGMA is an affiliate chapter of the Tennessee Medical Group Managers Association, as well as the national Medical Group Managers Association. 

KAMGMA meets regularly every third Thursday of the month (except for September and December) and hosts speakers discussing the newsworthy topics (from TennCare and malpractice insurance to health savings accounts) faced by medical practices today.  Each September, KAMGMA hosts an all day conference featuring nationally recognized experts in the healthcare industry as well as locally known leaders to bring difficult and significant issues into clear focus for an audience that spans the entire East Tennessee region.
