KAM offers a label rental service to members at a discount for labels for mailings of new doctor announcements or special medical event notifications. Non-member physicians and other organizations may also rent labels if their mailing content is approved by the Academy.

A label request form must be filled out, signed, and returned to KAM along with your payment and a copy of the item being mailed which must be pre-approved by the Academy.

• KAM Member - $40
• Non-Member Physician - $100
• Any medical or non-profit organization - $125
• Other for-profit organization - $250

Allow three business days for the request for labels after approval. Labels may be picked up at the Knoxville Academy of Medicine office at 115 Suburban Road, Knoxville, TN 37923 or mailed to you if you paid the shipping and handling fee of $3.00 per set of labels. Rental fees cover use of labels one (1) time.
